Data continues to be a problem because data management talent is top-heavy, leadership lack awareness of what is involved in data management, and existing training lacks practical application. We address this by evangelising careers in Data Management for those entering the talent pool, delivering our Future Data Leaders bootcamps, building value-obsessed teams, and driving leadership awareness to support future strategies.
